We have developed and/or operated over 2 million square feet of commercial and residential properties and 3,000 acres of land in Hampton Roads.

Harrison and Lear, Inc. actively manages 23 apartment communities comprised of over 1,500 apartments, located throughout Hampton Roads. Management of 42,400 sq.ft. of commercial properties throughout the area rounds out the portfolio of our property management department. HLCM, our homeowner's association management subsidiary currently manages over 5,000 single family detached, townhouse and condominium units along with 125 single family homes located in communities in Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, York County, Suffolk and Virginia Beach.
