Successful candidates will be people oriented, possess excellent customer skills, communication, computer and good organizational abilities. Must have an assertive personality with strong leasing and marketing skills. Minimum of five years’ experience onsite management required.


Education: CPM®, ARM®, RAM®, CLP®, CAM®, Fair Housing

Successful candidate will be independently motivated, goal oriented, with a sincere desire to improve the living experience of residents of the community.

Experience with Craigslist, Facebook and other on-line marketing sources a plus. Experience with credit screening, court filing, and property management software required.
